Amenities include bed linens, plenty of fluffy towels, cordless telephone with answering machine, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, pots & pans, cooking gadgets, outdoor gas BBQ grill, full digital cable TV, DVD . High speed wireless DSL Internet network available for your computer. Ceiling & floor fans, monitor & electric heaters. Weekly maid service is provided.

Available on request (extra charge) More frequent maid service, grocery provisioning in advance or mid-week, chef service, boat rentals, in home massage by licensed massage therapist, babysitting services, classic yacht day sail charters.

Well behaved PETS are welcome (fee $150 each).
Refundable security deposit is required.
